Open The SAFE To Emotional Freedom

When kids are confused with their emotions they usually struggle with what to do with them. At times they fight them back and try to make them go away. This may work temporarily, but eventually it catches up with them. Other times they may inappropriately let these emotions out which usually ends up getting them into trouble.

Being able to understand and control your emotions is a powerful tool. By participating in this group, tweens/teens will get a better understanding of four emotions that they experience on a regular basis

Sadness

Anger

Fear

Excitement

as well as learn how to manage and control such emotions with the use of self-hypnosis. Each group is limited to six participants between the ages of 10 and 14.

When: Wednesday's from September 1 to October 6.

Times: 3:30pm to 4:50pm or 5:30pm to 6:50pm.

Where: Long Grove Office at 4160 Rt. 83, Suite 202

Cost: $250. for all six sessions (fees due before the first group).
